Quirky but convenient
Proximity to the airport. Parking on site. Staff were helpful with trying to address concerns.
The room was very warm but leaving the window open all night was incredibly loud with the hotel being in the flight path. The staff tried to help by checking the thermostat but nothing could be done. Was a poor nights sleep. Fans being available would have been helpful.

MOXY - just go and see!
The whole hotel is super cool, bus stops right in front of the building, nice interior, friendly stuff, everything was smooth and easy. Great breakfast, easy self service corner shop and the whole vibe of the place is just great.
Unfortunately some very clever guy smoked a vape inside the room and turned on the fire alarm, but the staff handled the situation quickly, so thumbs up for that!

Handy to Heathrow as we needed to return there the next day. Staff were pleasant. Bus stop was close.

Comfortable and convenient.
Perfect location with parking. A hotel that we know from a number of stays that provide comfortable rooms.
The wind was whistling through Our window pane despite it not being open. Whilst not cold, the slight whistle was a little irritating after a while. The room was still quiet and comfortable. Would like two pillows, this is given in most hotels but you have to ask here. No coffee from the machine now available during the evening which is a shame. Could herbal teas be provided in the room?
